|What payment types are accepted?

||Yes, but there is a hold on all orders paid with Paypal due to a limitation Paypal places on funds.

|How long does it take to recieve online orders?
||Typically all online purchases arrive withing 5-7 business days unless they are coming from out of the country. Overseas orders can take up to 30 days depending on US customs.

||Yes, we will refund or replace any faulty product at our discretion. All returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. There will be a %15 restocking fee for all non defective returns.

||First start off by contacting us at 540.435.1126 or 540.208.1311 to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will process your return and refund promptly.
|Do you return funds to my card if I used one to make my purchase?
||In most cases yes, however there may come a time when we are unable to return funds to the card. In this event we will issue your refund in cash.

||Yes, if for some reason we are unable to fill your order, or your order does not arrive, we will refund your cost including shipping or we will reship your order at our expense.
